April 24, 2026 Check in at Beach Club (2020 NE 22nd St. Lincoln City. 97367) 5pm to 7pm open bar up to $300 paid already and appetizers will be provided

April 25, 2026 Convention  10am to 12pm at Beach Club Dress attire Covers /Red polos if you have one

April 25, 2026 Dinner at The Beach Club
A Hawaiian buffet will be 6pm to 7pm. Happy hour 5pm to 6pm. Music provided until 7pm. The flag ceremony will be provided by the local Boy Scouts. A Gun Raffle and silent auctions as well.

Dress attire will be beach shirts no formal attire 

April 26, 2026 MODD Grand Growl,10 am to 12pm At the Beach Club. Only Cover required.

*Summer Convention Update

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Commandant of Seaside has informed the Dept. Commandant they will not be able to hold the summer convention. It will be held in Lincoln City, OR by the George C. Leber #1481 April 24 to 26 at the Beach Club. Additional information will be posted.
